1. The DC method is to access the discharge load at both ends of the battery pack, and calculate the internal resistance value according to the voltage change U1 and U2 under different currents I1 and I2, and obtain rU1-U2I2I1 from EI1rU1 and EI2rU2;

2. Because the internal resistance value is very small, the voltage change amplitude under a certain current is relatively small, which brings difficulties to accurate measurement, and due to the change of voltage in the discharge process, it is necessary to select a stable area to calculate the voltage change amplitude;

3. The repeatability of the data obtained by the DC method is poor, and the accuracy is difficult to reach more than 10.
