 Measure sensor dynamics

The indicators to measure the dynamic characteristics of sensors mainly include the following aspects:

1. Response time: The time from the receipt of the input signal to the stable output of the measured value, the fast response time can improve the real-time and dynamic performance of the sensor.

2. Frequency Response: The ability of the sensor to respond to changes in the frequency of the input signal, which is used to evaluate the accuracy and stability of the sensor over different frequency ranges.

3. Response linearity: The degree of linear relationship between the output and input of the sensor, a higher response linearity means that the output of the sensor can accurately reflect the change of input.

4. Dynamic range: The range between the minimum and maximum input signal that the sensor is able to measure, a larger dynamic range means that the sensor can make accurate measurements over a larger range.

5. Noise characteristics: The unwanted signals contained in the sensor output, the lower noise characteristics can improve the performance of the sensor.

6. Response frequency: The speed at which the sensor reacts to changes in the input signal, a high response frequency means that the sensor can capture changes at high frequencies.

7. Sensitivity: the ratio of the change of output quantity to the change of input quantity under the condition of steady-state operation, that is, the slope of the output and input characteristic curve.

These dynamic characteristics can be used to evaluate the performance and range of the sensor in order to select the most suitable sensor for the specific measurement task.
