What is the difference between LTPS and IPS screens_ which is better

Differences between LTPS and IPS screens:

1. LTPS and IPS do not refer to one aspect of the screen, LTPS refers to a process of LCD panel, which is a manufacturing technology; IPS is an imaging technology used on a panel and a display technology.

2. IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology is currently the most advanced LCD panel technology in the world. IPS is a film with a layer of resin attached to the surface, just like a person wearing glasses. Compared with other panel technologies, the special feature of IPS screen is that it is not to orient the liquid crystal molecules to become a light-transmitting mode in advance, but to orient it to become a light-opaque mode, the amount of light transmission is determined by the electrodes perpendicular to the direction of the liquid crystal molecules, the higher the voltage, the more molecules are twisted, so as to achieve precise control of light. It controls only one deflection angle of the IPS LCD panel, and the number of deflection molecules can be nearly proportional to the voltage, making the hierarchical control of the panel easier to achieve.

3. LTPS low-temperature polysilicon technology, its biggest advantage is ultra-thin, light weight, low power consumption, and its own luminous characteristics, so it can provide more vivid colors and clearer images.
