ASUS motherboards cancel fan self-test
Look for fan-related settings
In the BIOS menu, find the "Advanced" or "Monitor" option, depending on your ASUS motherboard model and BIOS version, where you should see settings related to fan monitoring, such as "CPU_FAN", "CHA_FAN", "PUMP_FAN", etc.
Disable fan self-test
In the corresponding fan settings, there are usually different modes to choose from, such as "Auto", "PWM", "DC", etc., and to cancel the fan self-test, you can set the mode of each fan to "Disabled" or off, so that the motherboard will not perform a self-test procedure on those fans at boot time.
